Staberg's master miners estate

A little bit east of Falun, on the way to Hedemora, you will find Stabergs Master Miners estate, a well-preserved estate with a fantastic garden in a unique setting.

There is a café and restaurant with food made from ingredients from the garden. There are also various events organized in connection with the garden such as harvest days, music evenings and others.

In the area you can also find signposted trails that take you to Lake Runn's beach or up to Stabergs Klack with a nice view of Lake Runn. There are also hiking trails for children.

Tip: A bike ride along Runn's beach from central Falun to Staberg's estate is a pleasant excursion. Follow the signposted cycle path from Stora torget in central Falun, about twelve kilometres.

Entrance to the historic garden is free.
